Strength Training for Runners - VERY Small Group Personal Training

7:20 am 3 Rounds of Squats/Lunges/Rows/SideSki/ToeTaps

Cost: $64 for the 4 week (once per week) session ($16 per class period)




Details: 
  • 4 people Maximum (2 ppl minimum)
  • *Face mask Required - You will be asked to bring and wear a mask during the portions of the workout where we are unable to remain more than 10+ feet apart (there are very few moments like this).
  •  Minimal shared equipment will be sanitized between participants - Provide your own mat and water
  • *Will maintain minimum of 10 feet distance (including while running/walking single file)
  • Ask that you take your temperature before attending and stay home at the sign on fever or illness. 
  • Class will include some running, plyometrics, lower body strength, core work, balance and cardio. 
  • You only attend the session/day you signed up for. 
  • You betcha you're gonna hear "YAY SQUATS" a lot. 
As a coach, I will remain at a distance (contact-free), wear a face mask continually, take daily temperature readings and cancel class if I suspect illness. Any equipment brought (i.e. cones, ladder) will be sanitized before and after use. Please contact Coach to cancel due to sickness; you will be credited the session if you are sick and call/text/email to cancel no later than 4 hours prior to session. Please cancel by 6pm the previous evening if possible. Missed sessions without contacting coach 24 hours prior (other than sickness) will be not be credited.

Personal Coaching Consultation  - Online RUN Training

Whatever your goal, training under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer & Running Coach is a great way to achieve more, safely.

Sit down to talk with Coach Ashley to review your goals, history and potential. Afterwards, Coach will develop an appropriate training plan for your goal race/level and to be delivered online. The personalized training plan, up to 3 months long, will include supplemental workouts and cross-training delivered online. 

Cost includes: 60 Minutes Consultation,  Running Training Plan Development, bi-monthly Tip of the Week, weekly email check ins and a pretty sweet DriFit Technical Shirt.

Personal Training ​

Interested in individualized training that is serves your specific goals? Whether you're looking to return to fitness after an injury, looking to improve your strength or need a little extra motivation, personal training can help you strengthen holistically and progress quicker. 
Depending on your goals, sessions could be one-on-one running or walking, could include weights or bodyweight strength, balance work, core, and TRX suspension training. All session included warmup and cool down. 
Sessions can take place at your home, gym (if permitted) or outdoors. All equipment provided. Two month commitment required. All monthly sessions must be used within a 5 week period. 24 hour cancellation required for receive make-up session. 
4 Weeks of a 60 minute session 1x per week = $50/hour ($200/month)
​4 Weeks of a 60 minute session 2x per week = $50/hour ($400/month)
​4 Weeks of a 60 minute session 3x per week = $45/hour ($540/month)
