If you are able to walk for 30 minutes, this group will help you Become a Runner, in ability and in spirit. By gradually increasing your distance and building walk breaks into the program, you'll discover that not only is a 5k (3.1 mile) distance within your reach, it is enjoyable, gratifying and quite possibly addictive.
This group is about completing not competing - there will not be a specific time-goal. By the time you graduate, you will be able to call yourself a Runner.
Become A Runner:
Early Fall: August 27 - October 19, 2018 (8 weeks)
Late Fall: October 22 - December 14, 2018 (8 weeks)
Winter: January 7, 2019 - February 22, 2019 (7 weeks)
Early Spring: February 25 - April 12, 2019 (7 weeks)
Late Spring: April 15 - May 31, 2019 (7 weeks)
No Summer sessions offered.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays AM
6:00am - 7:00am
